I am the CEO of HOPE TO RESTORE. Our mission is to help those who are in need. When we help others, we are showing the Love of God. In 1997, the act of Faith of my ten-year-old son inspired me. I rushed my son to the ER for an asthma attack late that night. While approaching a stop light, he saw an elderly homeless man in need.

 He asked me to give this homeless man his last five dollars for something to eat. Tears came out of my eyes because that touched my heart. The kind heart of my child inspired me right today to give help to those in need.

 That act of kindness gave me 4-steps in life: Learning, Knowledge, Wisdom, and Wiser. Listening to homeless life stories was overwhelming and touched my heart. It has been twenty-six years. I am still giving a helping hand to others right today; even during hard times, it motivates me. Being inspired and driven for years by an act of kindness, I will always help those in need.
